Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper financial conversations in person and by phone, identify financial wellness opportunities, and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and recommend appropriate deposit and lending products to support clients’ goals.
  • •Develop relationships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, manage centers of influence, and drive client acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs (including Saturday work as directed).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •1+ year developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized) (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology to educate clients on mobile/apps/web platforms (required).
