Job Summary

Lead performance management and strategic execution for the MD Office scope, aligning goals, evaluating performance, and driving interventions. Key Responsibilities

•Drive business performance management for the MD Office scope, including goal alignment, performance evaluation, and interventions.
•Bridge local leadership and regional stakeholders by aligning support from functions and aligning/driving strategic priorities.
•Work with cross-functional teams in Malaysia on high-impact projects and prepare reports and presentations to support MD decisions.
•Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives including OKR evaluations, investment proposal preparation/review, WBR engagement, and analysis of discussion insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

•Track record leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
