Key Responsibilities

  • •Overhaul and repair gas turbine units, performing inspection, repair, and assembly tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
  • •Use hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling and work with precision measuring equipment including ID/OD micrometers, depth gauges, and calipers.
  • •Independently interpret complex assembly drawings and understand machining/assembly instructions.
  • •Follow detailed work routers to inspect and repair turbine units and rotating equipment within tight timelines.
  • •Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards and provide on-site support as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of overhaul and repair experience on GE10, PGT10/PGT25, Frame 3, or Frame 5 platforms.
  • •Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and the ability to follow and update safety policies and procedures.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail.
