Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and implement mid-term and short-term regional supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production capacities, using RCCP to verify feasibility and analyze constraints on production lines.
  • •Lead production transfer initiatives to support RCCP planning and a cost-effective supply chain.
  • •Monitor and collaborate with the site planning team to execute supply plans across sites, manage supply chain risks, and develop contingency plans to maintain supply continuity.
  • •Oversee tolling activities, including quotations, and support regional planning manager efforts for renewing tolling agreements and qualifying new partners.
  • •Analyze supply planning performance metrics (DOH, inventory aging, forecast accuracy, delivery performance) and prepare regular reports and dashboards to improve visibility and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a university.
  • •3–5 years of proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, ideally in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • •Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
  • •Experience with supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis).
  • •English is mandatory; good in an Asian country language or Chinese is a plus.
