Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day project delivery: develop task plans, track progress, update schedules, and report performance.
•Maintain scope, schedule, cost, and change control for assigned work packages; prepare accurate forecasts and status dashboards.
•Coordinate internal disciplines and subconsultants; schedule meetings, document decisions, and follow through on actions.
•Manage client engagement: prepare meeting materials, facilitate decision-making, communicate progress, resolve issues.
•Identify and mitigate risks; maintain registers, action plans, and escalation paths.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field (Master's a plus)
•5–8+ years of progressive project management or project engineering experience in infrastructure or buildings programs
•Experience supporting or managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
•Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6; strong grasp of baselines, KPIs, and earned value basics
•Professional certifications advantageous
