Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and operate on-premise infrastructure and hybrid integrations, ensuring infrastructure resilience and high availability.
  • •Manage container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher) including capacity planning and cluster lifecycle activities.
  • •Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scans, and policy gates for safe rollout patterns.
  • •Define observability strategy (metrics, tracing, logs, synthetic checks), establish SLIs/SLOs, and lead incident response using runbooks and postmortems.
  • •Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting) and enforce security/compliance controls across identity, access, secrets, and hardening.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in DevOps, infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • •Strong experience managing on-premise or hybrid environments, especially OpenStack-based infrastructure.
  • •Deep expertise in container orchestration, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Rancher.
  • •Proven infrastructure-as-code and automation experience using Terraform and Ansible.
  • •Hands-on observability and incident response experience, including tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and post-incident remediation.
