Job Summary

Support R&D laboratory and product engineering teams by executing material and inventory control processes. Plan and carry out procurement, manage warehouse/tool crib inventory, and coordinate shipping and receiving with proper documentation and compliance. Prepare items for storage or disposal, operate powered industrial vehicles, and troubleshoot logistics issues to help ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute procurement of equipment, tools, and supplies to support laboratory operations and engineering product teams.
•Manage, organize, track, and dispose of parts, units, and equipment inventory for tool crib and warehouse storage locations.
•Finalize and validate shipping and receiving planning, performance, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
•Safely prepare units, parts, and materials for storage and/or disposal in cooperation with product test teams.
•Work safely and operate powered industrial vehicles (including forklifts and overhead cranes) as needed to complete responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,630 - 74,340 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement and Purchasing (or related) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 5 years relevant experience.
•Ability to understand and follow current work instructions, laboratory procedures, and standards.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Forklift and powered industrial vehicle certification or willingness to become certified.
•Ability to create and maintain records for purchasing, shipping, and receiving including domestic and international regulatory compliance.
