Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced technical and commercial support to internal sales organizations and customers for UPS and grid-support solutions across EMEA.
  • •Support sales offices and customers in defining complex and customized technical solutions.
  • •Analyze customer requirements and translate them into optimized technical solutions, including system design, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • •Design UPS and power infrastructure solutions with cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, Product Marketing, and external partners.
  • •Act as technical expert for customer visits, FATs, witness tests, and product demonstrations; coach colleagues and represent Eaton at events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry.
  • •Extensive experience in power electronics, 3-phase power systems, and UPS architectures.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of UPS technologies and power infrastructures.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
