Key Responsibilities

  • •Set governance, risk, and security guardrails before build begins.
  • •Embed controls, human review, and feedback loops as the system evolves.
  • •Design and run evaluations (accuracy targets, test harnesses, and release evidence).
  • •Hold the release gate with delivery and quality teams while working with FDEs to build trust and monitoring.
  • •Design adoption and change approaches, track usage after go-live, and support human-agent interaction redesign.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
  • •Strength in at least two of: AI governance/model risk, security, responsible AI, with a credible path into the third.
  • •Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems.
  • •Working knowledge of APAC regulatory environment relevant to the market.
  • •Practical change and enablement capability with technical audiences and frontline users.
