Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of cost management services across multiple projects, ensuring accurate estimation, cost control and reporting.
  • •Work within a team, fostering professional growth and contributing to ensure consistent quality outputs.
  • •Contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining company-wide cost tracking, estimation, and budgeting standards and procedures.
  • •Manage, lead and coordinate procurement strategy and tender processes, ensuring value for money and alignment with project objectives.
  • •Act as the primary client-facing lead for cost-related matters, including budget presentations, value engineering, and risk reporting.

  • •Spanish degree in technical fields, quantity surveying, cost engineering, or related field (architecture, building engineering)
