Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide effective, safe nursing care for a defined group of patients and families, planning and delivering care under the guidance of a preceptor or designated RN. Apply nursing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements aligned with QCHP and Joint Commission International, including assessment, medication administration, immunizations, skin testing, and documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with care teams, communicate patient status, and support inclusive, patient-centered care.
