Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer implementations by scoping and delivering the perfect API integration and required endpoints for a specific customer use case.
  • •Act as the key technical contact with the customer’s engineering and product teams, advising on the best implementation path.
  • •Serve as a user flow advisor, providing SME guidance on UX/UI and endpoints to build a best-in-class experience.
  • •Own a portfolio of complex, critical implementations, shaping roadmaps, milestones, and progress tracking to meet deadlines.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align goals and execute a shared vision.
