Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and lead the Discipline Production Engineering team, coordinating with Detailing, Construction Engineer, Material Controllers, and other stakeholders to meet project fabrication requirements.
  • •Review Work Packages and ensure they are issued based on the fabrication sequence and schedule; develop a work pack index and set priorities aligned with the project schedule.
  • •Ensure necessary documentation and compliance with procedural requirements throughout project phases; monitor progress and manage changes as needed.
  • •Provide field guidance and resolve fabrication/construction issues with effective solutions; attend production meetings and report concerns.
  • •Develop and mentor junior Engineers, foster their professional growth and knowledge development; supervise resources and ensure optimal utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree S1/D4 in Chemical / Material / Metallurgical Engineering or a typical Engineering bachelor degree with knowledge of Painting / Coating subject may be preferred.
  • •Minimum six (6) years of experience in oil & gas and/or renewable energy fabrication and construction projects in major contractors or consultant.
  • •Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore / offshore construction industry and related codes and standards.
  • •Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects in the EPCI industry or a similar engineering field.
