Help drive Live Nation’s venue sustainability and resource recovery efforts by sorting event waste to maximize landfill diversion. You’ll participate in crew onboarding and training, assist with mid- and post-show recycling, composting, donations, and landfill sorting, and educate both fans and venue crew. This seasonal, part-time role involves working show and non-show days, weekends, and maintaining clean sorting areas with occasional shift adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in venue sustainability crew onboarding and training.
•Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Work show days and non-show days on weekdays and weekends to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Support the Venue Sustainability Manager by providing educational assistance to crew members and fans.
•Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show cleanup after each event; complete other as-needed tasks.

Key Requirements

•Understand and support recycling, composting, and material circularity efforts with a willingness to learn.
•Be able to work show days walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs, with extensive time spent sorting materials.
•Work outside in variable weather and handle unpleasant odors without hesitation.
•Demonstrate strong time management to show up on time and work late hours.
•Collaborate well with other departments and maintain a positive, teamwork-focused attitude.
