Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cargo warehouse operations and freighter ramp for appointed station(s) as primary operational contact.
  • •Plan and oversee key activities, routes, and products to meet performance requirements including OTP, eAWB, Cargo iQ, and SLAs.
  • •Improve freighter OTP through ramp coordination/supervision and fulfillment of freighter operations tasks.
  • •Ensure cargo operations are safe and secure, aligned with regulatory requirements and SMS guidelines; conduct regular inspections.
  • •Raise PR, PO, and GRN in SAP and verify supplier invoices against contract requirements; manage VIP/special services from acceptance to customer delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years cargo operations experience or equivalent capacity.
  • •High school diploma.
  • •Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations.
  • •Good standard of verbal and written English.
  • •Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality and Auditor trainings is an advantage.
