Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning as part of a client-facing role.
  • •Learn the product suite, including accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, and wealth management.
  • •Gain exposure to digital tools used to track conversations, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • •Understand how laws and regulations affect international clients and how HSBC gets it right for them.
  • •Complete training and rotations across business areas to prepare for a career as a Relationship Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, the required minimum GPA (4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0, or an overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in English.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience (or graduate by July 2027).
