Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate workforce planning PODs with Finance, People Business Partner, and the business to align on key workforce planning decisions.
  • •Manage workforce data in Workday, ensuring accurate data entry, position management, and validation of workforce plans.
  • •Provide ad-hoc workforce reporting and analysis for business requests such as cost/location strategies, span of control, OD/LS adherence, and headcount movement.
  • •Research headcount and position changes to support financial requests including cost center changes, budget transfers, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Validate workforce reporting accuracy by checking formulas, queries, and outputs, and explain how and why insights were produced regardless of source.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or business operations.
  • •Experience with Workday HCM and other HR systems for data entry and reporting.
  • •Strong analytical skills using Excel and PowerQuery, PowerBI/Tableau and/or other workforce planning tools.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
