Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize SAP use in day-to-day transport planning to maintain system integrity and meet customer service levels.
  • •Ensure maximum fleet utilization by monitoring fleet availability, controlling resources, and assigning vehicles based on priority and service requirements.
  • •Monitor running costs and fuel consumption, identify improvement areas, and develop plans to address shortfalls.
  • •Coordinate with QA to reduce accidents and damage across the supply chain, with emphasis on road traffic accidents involving heavy vehicles.
  • •Prepare monthly trip allowance, offload, overtime, car carrier allowance, payroll, and petty cash reports; ensure accurate monthly billing submission and run HV driver toolbox training.

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning or warehousing.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office for report generation.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
