Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deep-dive claims utilization analysis to identify cost drivers, high-usage benefits and underutilized services
  • •Provide fair value analysis (FVA) and benchmarking to support plan design and cost containment strategies
  • •Deliver regular claims reporting, trend analysis and predictive modeling to support renewal negotiations and budgeting
  • •Present claims findings during renewal presentation and client strategy sessions to support decision making and demonstrate value
  • •Support the sales process by providing analytics-driven value propositions and participating in client presentations

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field
  • •Seasoned experience in claims analytics, medical insurance plan pricing in health insurance or employee benefits
  • •Expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning and data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • •Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • •English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills
