Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation to managers and employees on standard to moderately complex Employee Relations matters by interpreting and applying policy.
  • •Triaging Employee Relations inquiries and determining next steps, including consultation, documentation, referral, or escalation to senior ER, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, or other experts.
  • •Create thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of consultation and employment actions in a centralized case system.
  • •Review and provide feedback on employment-related documents (e.g., Performance Improvement Plans and termination documentation), escalating high-risk, sensitive, investigatory, or legally/compliance-sensitive items.
  • •Respond to unemployment insurance claim requests by gathering relevant data and preparing timely responses while partnering with appropriate stakeholders.

Salary: USD 57,000 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
  • •3+ years of Human Resources experience required, with Employee Relations consultation experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and Employee Relations principles to analyze ER issues, assess risk, apply policy, and recommend next steps.
  • •Experience using HR case management systems and HR information systems, plus Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including discretion and composure when supporting employees and managers through sensitive or escalated concerns.
