Job Summary

As FI Solution Sales Director, you will lead cross-border commercial payments sales across Europe, driving Large Market opportunities with national, regional, and global corporations. You’ll collaborate with issuers’ sales teams and Mastercard product groups to grow the corporate payments business, define market strategies, and accelerate adoption of T&E and B2B solutions through consultative, multi-region engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Commercial and B2B sales strategy for Europe, aligning with regional and global teams and driving a defined sales pipeline.
•Consult with issuers and market stakeholders to uncover scalable opportunities in commercial payments and develop relationships with large market corporates.
•Build and manage relationships with issuer sales teams to drive their pipeline for B2B and T&E volumes, and support corporate sales teams in growing revenue.
•Develop in-depth corporate payments insights, understanding value-chain players and payment/data flows to identify opportunities for Mastercard’s products.
•Partner with the European Commercial product team to accelerate sale and adoption of Commercial products to corporations and create market sales plans with clear objectives and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in commercial payments industry with excellent knowledge and experience in B2B payments and large corporates
