Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of Application Managers and Flavor & Food Technologists to deliver best-in-class solutions to client briefs across the Indian Sub Content TTH IMA region. Coach and develop team members through training programs, objectives, feedback, and progress reviews. Partner cross-functionally with Creation, Regional Segment, Marketing, Collection Management, and Sales; drive technical projects, customer reviews, lab compliance, and technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the application team to optimally answer client briefs with industry-conforming quality applications.
•Coach and support team members; establish training and development programs and run objectives, feedback, and progress reviews.
•Implement tools/systems/equipment approaches and facilitate a team-based workflow to deliver on strategy and client requirements.
•Drive collection usage through regular tastings and gap feedback; lead strategic/technical projects such as tenders and rationalizations.
•Provide technical support for customer reviews and account plans, oversee lab/equipment regulatory servicing, and support audits and SHE initiatives.

Key Requirements

•MSc. in Food Science (or equivalent).
•10+ years of experience in the Food/Flavour industry (preferably technical).
•Experience in Beverage, Sweet Goods, and Savory segments.
•Knowledge of food ingredients including Hydrocolloids, Enzymes, Culture, and Functional System.
•Proven leadership experience managing a team, plus strong project management and communication skills (English mandatory).
