Investigate suspicious transactions and activities for Tamara’s Fraud team, helping protect the business and customers from financial loss and reputational damage. Monitor transaction patterns, use data analysis and fraud detection tools to identify anomalies, and prepare detailed reports. You’ll also reach out to customers and merchants to verify details, collaborate with other teams on fraud prevention, and stay current on evolving fraud techniques.
