Assistant Store Manager - Riyadh

Drive outstanding customer service on the shop floor to maximize sales. Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day, efficient, and profitable store operations in line with company policies. Own end-to-end store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent, manage daily rosters and staff grievances, maintain visual merchandising standards, and actively promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to increase repeat visits. Provide feedback to the Store and Area Managers on staff and product performance.
