Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and review criminal case files and attachments submitted electronically before forwarding them to the competent prosecutor.
  • •Present criminal case files and attached exhibits to the prosecutor.
  • •Open investigation records and record statements and attached documents, minutes, photos, and exhibits.
  • •Print disposition actions for cases (such as referral, no-liability/no face, administrative preservation, and related memoranda) and prepare detention/release and bail orders.
  • •Support investigations by documenting summons attendance, accompanying the prosecutor for investigation/scene examination or police station and detention facility searches, and entering prosecutor directives into the public prosecution system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law).
  • •Fast typing skill.
  • •Male applicants only.
  • •Completion of national service requirements.
  • •Emirati nationality required.
