Job Summary

Lead the GCC UK Building Structures team, driving technical excellence in structural analysis, design, and BIM-based documentation for UK building projects. Manage and mentor structural engineers, technicians, and BIM professionals while allocating resources to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with regional project managers and discipline leads, review structural calculations and models, and support stakeholder engagement and capability growth across reinforced concrete and steel design.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, technicians, and BIM professionals.
•Allocate resources, monitor workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.
•Deliver structural engineering projects in line with client requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
•Review structural calculations, reports, drawings, and BIM models while ensuring code compliance.
•Act as the primary GCC contact for the UK Structure team and support stakeholder engagement and capability development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
•15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project delivery.
•Experience leading engineering teams in a GCC, consultancy, or design environment.
•Strong knowledge of international design codes (Eurocodes, British Standards, ACI, IBC, etc.).
•Chartered Engineer status or progress toward professional accreditation preferred.
