Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out installations and quoted works for customer BMS systems.
  • •Provide project support and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • •Respond to reactive calls and provide out-of-hours support to customers.
  • •Operate, maintain, and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems.
  • •Commission small automation and controls projects, and modify/interrogate BMS software programs and energy-saving measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls, including operating and maintaining HVAC systems (ideally Niagara framework-based).
  • •Experience with BMS/control protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, and Modbus.
  • •Awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find quickly to resolve reactive works on complex systems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to compile reports and build customer relationships.
