Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct support and communication to account holders, understanding requirements and challenges and addressing potential issues.
  • •Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance, and prepare/audit sale vehicle run processes including run order, scheduling, repairs, charge posting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • •Monitor vehicle sales processes and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate, positive client experiences.
  • •Develop client relationships by explaining auction processes, vehicle availability, and preparation/delivery workflows.
  • •Coordinate transportation and resolve emerging issues; review condition reports and ensure audit-ready documentation and correct charges/invoices with Accounts Receivable.

Key Requirements
