Job Summary

Provide onsite IT support for venue administrative, operations, and production teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and escalating persistent problems to remote support teams. Serve as an onsite liaison for venue technology support providers and help visiting vendors with guided access. Support tour connectivity needs and deliver proactive “day of show” IT event readiness, including POS and access control checks, equipment deployment, inventory, and maintenance for seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance for venue administrative, operations, and production staff.
•Identify, track, and help resolve persistent venue technology problems and report needs to remote support teams using escalation procedures.
•Serve as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams and provide guided access for visiting IT service/support providers.
•Support tour production by establishing artist internet connectivity and fulfilling artist/tour IT riders before and on day of show.
•Deliver day-of-show IT event support by checking point-of-sale and access control technologies before gates open, and assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment (including POS terminals).

Key Requirements

•Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance for venue staff and support providers.
•Identify, track, and help resolve persistent venue technology issues using established escalation procedures.
•Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting venue technologies.
•Have in-depth knowledge and experience with Apple iOS and MS Windows and familiarity with network technologies.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work evening/weekend on-call shifts and extended event hours.
