Job Summary

Lead structural design delivery for complex multi-disciplinary projects in the structures domain, guiding engineering teams from concept to detailed design. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the production and coordination of structural designs across all design stages
•Take ownership of key packages within large multidisciplinary projects
•Manage interfaces with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and other disciplines; ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality requirements
•Provide technical input for complex design challenges and develop fit-for-purpose solutions
•Lead development of high-quality design outputs (reports, drawings, specifications) and coordinate discipline interfaces

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
•Proven experience in structural design and delivery on large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
•Experience leading design teams and coordinating interfaces across disciplines (architects, MEP, geotechnical)
•Ability to manage programme, budget, and quality requirements and deliver to deadlines
•Mentoring and developing junior engineers; strong communication skills
