Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process vehicle title documents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • •Verify supporting documentation and enter, update, and maintain title information in internal systems with high accuracy.
  • •Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail, and scan/verify/associate documents to barcoded folders in the system.
  • •File, retrieve, and audit title documents and inventory in a secured vault repository following record retention and tracking procedures.
  • •Prepare outgoing title shipments, print waybills, and coordinate release and shipment to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED.
  • •Generally less than 2 years of experience.
