Job Summary

Partner with Sales and Finance to support complex deals across EMEA, ensuring financial and revenue compliance while streamlining contracting processes. Maintain the Deal Desk support framework, manage approvals for non-standard transactions, and advise sales on pricing, configuration, and business terms. Build and improve Deal Desk workflows (including quote-to-cash/CRM processes), support RFP/RFI responses, and uphold revenue recognition policies using Salesforce and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance on strategies for complex deals with financial and revenue compliance.
•Execute and maintain the EMEA Deal Desk support framework and provide Deal Desk support for super-geo management.
•Enforce and manage approvals for non-standard deals by collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
•Advise sales executives on pricing, product configuration, and business terms; support quoting and contract execution.
•Build and improve quote-to-cash CRM workflows and Deal Desk process efficiencies, including maintaining legal language templates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related competency.
•At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Administration, or related roles.
•High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GSuite, and Salesforce (CPQ a plus).
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Strong communication skills.
