  • •Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects.
  • •Lead functional area teams of matrix employees to deliver small to large capital expense projects on site, coordinating contractor workforce execution.
  • •Own leadership and management of the project team, accountable for project scope, schedule performance, and budget monitoring and control.
  • •Manage day-to-day tool install construction operations using lean principles to ensure safety, quality, and minimal interruptions to factory operations.
  • •Partner with key stakeholders and suppliers, translate requirements into constructible project designs, and drive continuous improvement in quality, schedule, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering Management, Project Management, or a STEM field with 3+ years in project construction management, tool owner responsibilities, or equivalent leadership experience; or 4+ years Military Construction experience.
  • •OR a Master’s degree in the related fields with 2+ years of equivalent project construction management/tool owner responsibilities experience.
  • •Expertise in the installation of process tool equipment.
  • •Experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects and programs.
  • •PMI Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).
