Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations for the tool shop and floor activities.
  • •Conduct daily floor walks and toolbox audits to identify damaged tools and ensure 5S and safety standards are met.
  • •Coordinate shifts by participating in L1 and L2 SQCDP meetings to align on production alerts and escalate immediate issues.
  • •Run calibration lifecycle activities: identify expiring tools, collect from the floor, and distribute newly calibrated replacements.
  • •Maintain real-time tool movement tracking in SAP and manage documentation, tool change requests, and procurement-to-delivery lifecycle follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tool management, calibration, or quality control.
  • •Ability to manage complex calibration schedules and maintain 100% tool accountability.

  • •Comfortable using specialized tool management software (TMIP / Nexcap) and Google Drive.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and/or MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
