Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings, presentations, training sessions, and related logistics.
  • •Manage project timelines, action items, internal tracking spreadsheets, and changing deadlines across multiple priorities.
  • •Support client onboarding and implementation, including RFP preparation, proposal coordination, and review of client-facing materials.
  • •Coordinate carrier and vendor meetings/communications, audit vendor billing statements, and support accurate billing and payment.
  • •Maintain project records and status updates, identify workflow/process improvement opportunities, and support department initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53,500 - 68,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
