Key Responsibilities

•Define, maintain, and communicate the end-to-end roadmap for the competitive intelligence data collection program from 250 to 1,000 competitors within 12 months.
•Translate business requirements into scoped engineering work packages with acceptance criteria, timelines, and success metrics.
•Run sprint planning/retrospectives and maintain a prioritised backlog in Jira or equivalent; manage the program risk register.
•Lead day-to-day management and hiring for the Bangalore scraping team, including onboarding and driving an engineering culture.
•Serve as the single point of contact to stakeholders and manage SLAs for data freshness, coverage, accuracy, and completeness while ensuring compliance and data ethics.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in a technical role, including at least 3 years in a program/product management capacity owning data engineering or data platform initiatives.
•Manage cross-functional engineering teams of 5+ people in a delivery context.
•Proven track record taking a data program from concept to production at meaningful scale.
•Prior exposure to web data collection, competitive intelligence, or market data products is strongly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (or equivalent); exceptional written and verbal English communication.
