Own the end-to-end implementation and ongoing quality assurance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for OSP web and app across Ocado’s global partner ecosystem. Lead GA4 e-commerce event setups via GTM and Firebase, run tracking audits, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Configure GA4/BigQuery exports and support downstream Looker reporting, while partnering with data engineering and Solutions Analytics teams and delivering GA4/GTM training to enable partner measurement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end implementation of GA4 e-commerce events across OSP web and app via GTM and Firebase SDK, including legacy migrations.
•Configure and manage GTM containers, GA4 properties/accounts, and raw BigQuery data exports.
•Conduct GA4 implementation audits to identify and resolve tracking issues, event mismatches, and web/app discrepancies.
•Serve as the primary GA4 consultant for global partners, supporting implementation and business-as-usual query resolution.
•Deliver GA4 and GTM training workshops and facilitate post-implementation check-ins with partners.
