Support the TikTok LIVE Product and Design HR Business Partner team by partnering with assigned business units to understand goals and implement effective HR practices. •Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks to optimize HR operations and decision-making.

•Strong team collaboration skills with a clear, logical thought process.
•Highly self-driven and able to perform under pressure.
