Field Service Supervisor (Project Manager) - BMS

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects and service operations across Malaysia. Manage field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites while coordinating delivery schedules, risks, deliverables, and quality standards. Serve as the primary customer point of contact, manage budgets and project profitability, and ensure strong safety culture compliance across project sites through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
