Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Compliance in maintaining and further developing the compliance framework and Compliance function.
  • •Enhance and implement the Compliance Management System, including monitoring activities, controls, and audits.
  • •Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and support implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliance reports with timely and accurate reporting while continuously improving processes.
  • •Advise business functions on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters; support internal policies and procedures and strengthen AML/CFT handling (first line of defence).

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in a control function, asset management, auditing, or consulting with exposure to compliance and AML/CFT topics.
  • •A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Banking and Financial Services, Finance, or Accounting.
  • •Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment (e.g., CSSF regulations) and relevant European frameworks including AIFMD, MiFID II, and AML/CFT.
  • •Interest in regulatory developments in asset management and ability to assess practical implications.
  • •Business-fluent English; German and/or French would be an asset.
