Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate electrical engineering work across assigned projects with the Wood team and the client.
  • •Support project delivery through engineering and construction scope (EPCM/EPC, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up).
  • •Develop electrical design for equipment and installations within the specialty, including raceways, trays, and electrical connections.
  • •Apply knowledge of standards and technical specifications for electrical equipment and installations.
  • •Interpret electrical specialty plans and diagrams (e.g., single-line diagrams) and support construction specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree (preferably Civil Electrical Engineer) with demonstrated participation in engineering and construction projects in EPCM/EPC and detailed engineering.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in engineering/execution projects.
  • •Knowledge of electrical equipment and installation design, including electrical raceways/trays (underground/overhead) and wiring/connection design.
  • •Knowledge of design for electrical installations to be explosion-proof.
  • •Ability to interpret specialty plans such as single-line diagrams and electrical installation specifications.
