  • •Maintain compliance with security, audit, and BSA/AML and federal regulatory standards.
  • •Educate clients on mobile banking tools including remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customers to identify personal or business goals and connect them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Provide welcoming, first-line assistance while supporting surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius.
