Job Summary

Support Salesforce’s Account Receivable (AR) systems within Finance Revenue Operations. You’ll perform bug triage and business process support, gather and test requirements for prioritized enhancements, and create technical and process documentation. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement new technology and functionality, improve process efficiency and data integrity, and provide KPI analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

•Identify process efficiency and data integrity improvements, and provide KPI analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 69,600 - 95,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
•3 years of System Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products.
•3 years of professional Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, with focus on system enhancements, product, or program management.
•Familiarity with Salesforce products, specifically CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
•Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages and proficiency in systems analysis (data analysis, process modeling).
