Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop procurement strategy with Category Management to support Portfolio/Product Growth Teams’ profitable growth.
  • •Develop supply strategy aligned with category and support supplier selection, awards, and new product development readiness.
  • •Drive procurement scorecard improvements across KPIs (productivity, margin, supplier performance, dual sourcing, lead-times, cash flow, and risk mitigation).
  • •Prioritize procurement projects and ensure proper resourcing across Product Growth Teams for NPD, productivity, and risk initiatives.
  • •Provide 2nd level escalation support to Site Procurement Managers to reduce supplier material shortages and support supplier contract negotiations and supplier risk mitigation.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 104,500 - 188,265 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Minimum 5 years of procurement, category, or supply management experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferred).
  • •Strong analytic experience and ability to develop and drive procurement strategies, with up to 25% travel.
