Job Summary

Work with the Ads interface and Platform team to support product strategy and operations initiatives for TikTok’s advertising experience. You’ll analyze market and user behavior data, track key product/business metrics, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams on project planning and execution, help conduct user research, and streamline workflows and dashboards to improve team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support product strategy and operations initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and user behavior analysis.
•Track key product and business metrics and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
•Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support project planning, execution, and follow-through.
•Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth.
•Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations; help streamline workflows and dashboards to improve team efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous problems and translate data into insight.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
•Able to intern for 3 months or longer and available to work 5 days a week (preferred).
•Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time period during Summer-Fall 2026; background in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, management, or computer science and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, or market research methodologies.
