Key Responsibilities

•Proactively search for and identify new projects and clients — including housing societies, and other relevant channels — to grow the customer base.
•Understand client requirements and present product solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
•Offer hands-on product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical assistance to clients, contractors, and applicators.
•Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; support and coordinate sales initiatives and project-specific solutions.
•Monitor outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and ensure timely recovery in coordination with the finance team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Construction Management or related fields.
•4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction chemicals or building materials.
•Have a presentable and pleasant personality; sound IT skills with MS Office and Salesforce understanding.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.
