Job Summary

Own product training and demo delivery for a global law school portfolio, serving as the CS and activation backbone for geo managers across US East, US West, and international. Key Responsibilities

•Own product training and demo delivery across the law school portfolio, including onboarding, faculty demos, librarian trainings, classroom embeds, and workspace setup.
•Serve as the expert point for school relationships as directed by geo managers, ensuring demos land and trainings stick.
•Build and run a scaled tech-touch activation model for long-tail schools, including playbooks, templated cadences, and activation milestones.
•Track usage trends, activation status, and account health globally, surfacing risks and opportunities to geo managers.
•Maintain the law school CRM and lead end-of-year recap cycles; support onboarding for new school signings worldwide.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

•Strong trainer and presenter who can run demos and trainings for both professors and student leaders.
•Comfort explaining legal AI tools to a sophisticated legal audience and strong legal context is a plus.
