Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and manage construction and tunnel network, server, and end-user equipment.
  • •Provide end-user support for O365, Gsuite, VMS, Windows, Ubuntu, printers, and network appliances.
  • •Manage device inventory and provision devices for new users.
  • •Physically deploy and maintain network gear in tunnels and surface sites, including rack/stack servers, switches, firewalls, and cameras.
  • •Troubleshoot network and systems in a rugged construction environment and diagnose hardware failures in the field.
