Patient Safety Manager (Mediclinic Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch, ZA, Strand Rd )

Improve and sustain patient safety behaviour, outcomes, and culture across the hospital by identifying, reporting, and analyzing patient safety events. Lead the MCSA Patient Safety culture through Quality Improvement initiatives, train staff to strengthen patient safety and QI culture, and manage clinical audits and accreditations to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including medico-legal investigations. Provide support for Infection Prevention and Control in the absence of the specialist.
