Key Responsibilities

  • •Process transport orders (Road: LTL, PTL, FTL; Sea Freight: FCL; Courier Service) and ensure cost-efficient, timely fulfillment.
  • •Process procurement orders, including following and executing custom clearance payments.
  • •Issue and prepare transport documents; monitor transport conditions and resolve discrepancies; consolidate shipments.
  • •Coordinate warehousing, carrier activity, and customs agency work for import/export operations; liaise with customs brokers to completion.
  • •Receive and confirm goods in the system/ERP, create logistics service entry sheets, handle invoice payments, and support inventory checks and EHS cycle audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and/or Logistics (or related field)
  • •Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, transport and warehousing logistics
  • •Knowledge of International Commerce Terms (INCOTERMS)
  • •SAP knowledge is a must; maintain accurate SAP master data
  • •Fluent in English and Turkish
